Alicia at Goldberg Bail Bonds was truly a blessing during one of the most difficult moments in my life. She responded quickly and helped get me out of a bad situation without hesitation. From the start, she was professional, empathetic, and incredibly kind — not just to me, but to my mom as well. She treated us with patience and respect, and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process so we never felt lost or overwhelmed. Alicia made a very stressful experience feel manageable, and I’m beyond grateful for her support.

Yeah watch out because if the person you consigned for goes to every appearance and ends up owing money, these guys will just take whatever out of your bank account. Im still upset over the $6k that was just taken from me when the person went back to every court date and then the charges were dropped but I was robbed $6k. Nowhere on my paperwork do I see that they can do that. It only says if the person don't return. I was in a bad situation and I'd sue for my money back if it wasn't too late... then a few years later these guys start giving out bonds without concent. My buddy was getting random letters because someone tried to use his name to cosign. The bondsman name is unique and I can't remember but I will. Never cosign for anyone. Let them learn their lesson

I called Goldberg to inquire about posting a 15,000 bond for my daughter, who is in jail. I was transferred to a woman who asked her name and location of the jail she is in. I gave it to her and she put me on hold - came back and started LAUGHING, saying ' we won't help her' !
I understand, my daughter has been dealing with extreme issues over the last year that have caused her to wind up in trouble, she has missed court appts - but held her head high and is facing this head on, and was granted a bail. For anyone who has tried to see a loved one thru addiction ' God Bless You' ! But to be laughed at and this seen as something that is funny, it is so beyond unprofessional.
Thank God that Goldberg is not by far the only bonding company out here!
I'd give them ZERO Stars if I could. Seriously for this woman to laugh - she works at the Mpls location and I pray she finds other employment because she is an awful person who truly trying to tear me down emotionally and I hope she doesn't do this to anyone else who finds themselves trying to help a loved one in trouble.
