I called having no clue about bail bondsman, what to expect it was all new up me. The first lady took my information and explained everything to where I understood, looked things up and got right back to me. She then put Kathy the woman in my area in contact with me. I can tell you as my first ever experience this lady is absolutely wonderful. She was patient in waiting for me to get the funds I needed and patient in waiting at the jail for me and having paperwork started. She remembered the client from years ago and remembered he had a hearing disability and made things as easy as possible for him being in jail. She explained everything thoroughly and stayed and visited with me for quite awhile offering insight on some things her grandson had gone through and we were able to just share some life stories. She was nonjudgmental on the whole situation but so very encouraging making the whole situation easier on me as it had been a stressful couple days. Would recommend this company to everyone. Prompt, informative, quick, friendly service. Would give 10 stars!!

Carol was great. She met with me for paperwork just 30 minutes after I called and got my daughter out in record time, all that on a Saturday. Hopefully I never have to post bond again, but if I do, I’ll use them. Entire process was easy and clear. Thank you!
