Visitation schedules are dependent on the day of the week, where the inmate is house, the inmate’s sex, and whether it is a holiday. Inmates are allowed one or two visits ranging from 15 minutes to one hour every week. Norman County Jail requires all visitors to fill out an application prior to visiting. I called this bondsman and tried to explain the situation to the man who answered. But he was extremely rude and cut me off after two sentences. He said I was going to fast which was ridiculous because I had barely said anything yet. I wondered if I dialed the right number or if it was a practical joke because the guy sounded like an argumentative five year old. I was so dumbfounded that he had interrupted me so rudely I said hold on a second and then when I set the phone down he hung up on me after 30 seconds. When I called back and asked him why he hung up on me. He was super defensive and said I was the one who hung up on him. So to avoid a childish back and forth banter I said okay, fine. And proceeded to ask him if he could please look up the case, in the nicest voice I could pull off. And he then disconnected the call again. Terrible service. Appalled that they still have a business running if this is how they treat people. I don't need extra stress on top of losing my significant other to the law enforcement. Everybody makes mistakes and I can't believe this is really a business operating if they treat people like this. I'll be checking for a corporate number later but first I need to get my baby love out of jail! Don't call this place. They don't care about there customers or there jobs.

GLEN was there in 15 min, paperwork ready had a co worker out in 30 min. He was very professional and assured her things happen and it would all get worked out. Her charges were later dropped. He also helped another person I know out and took payments and made a bad experience of being arrested not so bad, he explained procedures to him better than the attorney.

I want to say thank you to Glen and A Affordable Bail Bonds for your help and knowledge of the entire process from start to finish. Made a stressful situation a little less stressful. Would recommend these guys if you ever find a need for yourself or a loved one.
