Jackson County, Minnesota Jail Information
The Jackson County MN Jail is a medium detention center. It is operated by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office. The jail accepts inmates from town around the county.

Visitation Schedule, Mail, Calls and Funds
Visiting Hours at the Jail are:
Tuesdays
7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Thursdays
1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Saturdays
12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Al visits are on a first come first serve basis and visitation id 20 minutes. Sundays and holiday are not allowed times for visits. Visitors must provide photo ID and only immediate family can visit. Another non-family visitor may be placed on the visitors list.
The Jail only accepts cash, money orders and cashier’s checks. Money orders and cashier’s checks need to be made out to the inmate.
Messages are not taken for inmates. If you want to leave a message you can call the message system at 507-847-9904.
Messages are not confidential. The phone system only accepts phone cards that cost $10 and $20. Collect calls for inmates can be set up by calling 1-800-896-3201.
