Knowing absolutely zero about the bail/bond world & needing to get my nephew out of jail, I called Goldberg B.B. pretty late in the evening & left a voicemail. I was shocked that within 10 minutes I got a return call from ALICIA. In addition to her professionalism & expertise, she treated me almost as a friend & patiently answered all of my 6 dozen questions to ensure that I understood the entire process, protocol & conditions for securing bail/bond. She was very candid, clear & honest with me. Our conversation left me feeling impressively respected & I learned so much from Alicia.
She gave me hope that Goldberg Bail Bonds could likely help even through my nephews bond was significantly high.
Because of Goldberg it all came together & my nephew is now out of jail.
Goldberg is, without a doubt, THEEE place to call when you need bail/bond help. WHY?
Because they really care about their clients & do everything in their power to assist clients as they navigate through such difficult times.
I just can’t imagine going anywhere else but Goldberg Bail & Bonds. Put their number on speed dial & if ever needed, CALL THEM FIRST.

With gratitude-
Sheri from Minneapolis

I had an extremely disrespectful and upsetting experience with Goldberg Bail Bonds. The woman I spoke with was rude, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. She made comments implying that if I don’t speak English well, I shouldn’t be bonding anyone and even suggested I shouldn’t be in America. That is unacceptable, offensive, and discriminatory.

Instead of helping during a stressful situation, she made it worse by talking down to me and showing zero respect. This is supposed to be a professional service, but I was treated like I didn’t matter at all. No one deserves to be spoken to that way, especially when dealing with something as serious as a loved one being in jail.

Worst bail bond experience I’ve ever had. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Alicia at Goldberg Bail Bonds was truly a blessing during one of the most difficult moments in my life. She responded quickly and helped get me out of a bad situation without hesitation. From the start, she was professional, empathetic, and incredibly kind — not just to me, but to my mom as well. She treated us with patience and respect, and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process so we never felt lost or overwhelmed. Alicia made a very stressful experience feel manageable, and I’m beyond grateful for her support.
