Called to ask a question.
Lady on the other end just hung up the phone.I called back, I thought maybe it was my phone..They never answered the call.
Very unprofessional and not to mention rude as hell!.
Don't even bother!!
I worked with Alicia and she’s the most kind hearted person I’ve ever met. She not only helped me pay my bond but she went above and beyond to help me through my situation and I’m extremely thankful for all she has done to help me out because I would have been so lost but she made sure I was able to get the help I needed by providing me resources and being really supportive. The world really needs more people like her.
I had a great experience working with Alicia Harwood at Goldberg Bail Bonds. Alicia is very knowledgeable about the process and was extremely compassionate and supportive.
I can't think of another person I would have wanted along side during this time!
