Called trying to get help for my son after being on the phone for nearly 14 hours and out of frustration started explaining what happened to my son and the guy told me he did not care about the story. I live 20 hours away. Unbelievable and these people came highly recommended. Just because you may be in the position to help people during one of the lowest points of their lives doesn't give you the right to treat people like they are nothing. You may have to walk in these same shoes one day.
Called to ask a question.
Lady on the other end just hung up the phone.I called back, I thought maybe it was my phone..They never answered the call.
Very unprofessional and not to mention rude as hell!.
Don't even bother!!
I worked with Alicia and she’s the most kind hearted person I’ve ever met. She not only helped me pay my bond but she went above and beyond to help me through my situation and I’m extremely thankful for all she has done to help me out because I would have been so lost but she made sure I was able to get the help I needed by providing me resources and being really supportive. The world really needs more people like her.
