The Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office has video visitation for inmate visits. Family or friends can go to inmatecanteen.com, once they are registered they can request to visit. (An email address and ID number will be required) They can visit from home for .39 per minute, for up to 30 minutes, every 8 hours. They must have a computer or phone with a camera. Or, they can come into the lobby and sign in at one of the stations and visit for free for 30 minutes. Visitors only pay for the number of minutes used (not necessarily the full 30 minutes).The hours for our Video Visitation are as follows: Video Visitation will be held daily (Monday – Sunday) including weekends and holidays, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., with the exception of the following times daily: 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.; 2:15 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.; 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. No Visits on Friday after 4:30 p.m. in the lobby.
